  A friendly church where the Gospel message is taught in its truth and purity! They are always so welcoming when I visit from out of state.

  This was my home church for over a decade, and this is the congregation where I was confirmed. The only reason I am not there now is because of my job. If you want to be enriched weekly in the Word, then you'll love attending Good Shepherd. The church is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Synod(ELS) not to be confused with the much more liberal ELCA. They use the old TLH Hymnal from the days of the Synodical Conference. All the rich memories I have from this place can't fit into a single review. You'll just have to go there yourself and experience it. Also, the potlucks are like the best ever.
